VCA Education Solutions is committed to refund registration fee (minus 25% processing fee) for any cancellation made prior to 30 days of a scheduled Education Day. If a cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the Education Day you will receive a 50% credit of the paid registration fee towards a future VCA Education Solutions’ Education Day. No refunds will be made after the Education Day starts.
VCA Education Solutions reserves the right to cancel any scheduled Education Day. In the unlikely event of an Education Day cancellation, VCA Education Solutions’ liability is limited to a refund of the paid registration fee.
