- Recognize individual and organizational responsibility in order to advocate for meaningful and sustainable remedies to inequity and injustice.

Short Biography
Ayesha Adhami-Magueta, BA, is The Purposeful Communication Coach and Founder/Principal at The Purposeful Path in Toronto, Canada. She has 18+ years of Leadership experience in non-profit healthcare and champions workplace wellness through equitable infrastructure, Purposeful Communication and Expansive Leadership. Her two areas of expertise are: a) organizational and leadership strategy for charities and non-profits, particularly building and implementing sustainable DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) initiatives; and b) individual coaching with women and women in leadership (particularly from under-represented communities) so they can lead powerfully, realigning themselves, their, loves, lives and work with what matters most to them. Ayesha is also an avid artist and musician and lives in Toronto with her husband and two kitties.
